The Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —
(a)
the Assistant Director Operations (Licensing), Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and
(b)
the following persons to be Assistant Licensing Officers:
(i)
Senior Officer, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit; and
(ii)
Corporate Support Officers Grades I and II, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit,
for the purposes of the Act.
