1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Exemption) Order.
2. In this Order, “arts entertainment” has the same meaning as in the Schedule to the Act.
3. The Minister hereby exempts any arts entertainment which is held in a building or tent from the requirement in section 12 of the Act that the licence for such arts entertainment be prominently displayed at the building or tent.
