Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No.13) Notification 2010.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Golden Goals Finale” promotion to be held from 27th April 2010 to 9th July 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the following draws to be held at Basement 2 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands:
(a)
the half-hourly premier draws on 9th July 2010 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.;
(b)
the grand draw on 9th July 2010 at 10 p.m.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 27th April 2010.
