The Minister for Finance has directed that the Registrar of Limited Liability Partnerships shall not accept for registration under the Act —
(a)
any name containing the word “Temasek” unless Temasek Holdings Private Limited (Registration No. 197401143C) is a partner or prospective partner of the limited liability partnership or proposed limited liability partnership to be registered.
