Criminal Procedure Code (Specified Serious Offence) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(5)(p) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Specified Serious Offence) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2011.
2. The Minister hereby specifies the Misuse of Drugs Act (Cap. 185) as the written law for the purposes of section 40(5)(p) of the Code.
