Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2011 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 5th April 2011.
Approved bank
2.  Macquarie Bank Limited Singapore Branch is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.
