1. This Notification may be cited as the Betting (Singapore Turf Club — Exemption) Notification.
2. The Singapore Turf Club and its members and officers are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the promotion of any betting in connection with any horse-race in Singapore, Malaysia or overseas where the betting takes place at such premises as may be approved by the Minister.
