Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 25th February 2011.
2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Tan Siew Lim and bearing the engine number BWR014508 and chassis number SCBDE23W08C054037.
