Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 20th February 2009.
2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 6122P MK 28 at 2 Tampines Street 82 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Secretary of the Synod of the Diocese of Singapore to the competent authority on 5th September 2008.
