Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 8th April 2010.
2. The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
