Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2009, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.

—(1) Sections 2(a) and (d), 4, 5(c), (f), (m) and (o), 7, 8, 9, 11, 13(a), (c) and (d), 15 and 17 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 20th August 2009.
(2) Sections 2(b) and (c), 3, 5(a), (d), (e), (g) to (l), (n) and (p), 10, 12, 13(b) and 14 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 1st September 2009.
