Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 3) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.
2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 5280P MK 22 at 50 Hougang Avenue 8 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by The Titular Superior of the Brothers of St Gabriel in Singapore to the competent authority on 6th October 2009.
