1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Exemption) Order.
2. Part IA of the Act and any rules made thereunder shall not apply to the following vehicles:
(a)
ambulances (including ambulances owned by the Ministry of Defence);
(b)
fire engines;
(c)
police vehicles;
(d)
motor cycles used by the Singapore Civil Defence Force for providing emergency ambulance service; and
(e)
any vehicle being towed by another vehicle.
