Cessation of Designation As An Immigration Depot under Section 2
It is hereby notified for general information that the units #07-01 to #07-04 and #07-16 to #07-29 on the 7th storey, and units #08-01 to #08-29 on the 8th storey, of the Pidemco Centre at 95 South Bridge Road, Singapore 058717, have ceased to be Immigration Depots for the examination, inspection or detention of persons under the Act, with effect from 16th August 1997.
2. Paragraph (k) of the Immigration Depots (Consolidation) Notification (N 5) is deleted.
