In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 112(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) (No. 2) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2011.
2. The Singapore Customs is hereby prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
