1. This Order may be cited as the Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land) (Consolidation) Order.
2. Any lease granted on or after —
(a)
7th November 2003 for a term not exceeding an aggregate of 21 years of
(i)
any unit in any development described in Part I of the Third Schedule to the Act; or
(ii)
any building or part thereof comprised in a development described in Part II of the Third Schedule to the Act; or

(b)
5th July 2004 for a term not exceeding an aggregate of 21 years of any building or part thereof comprised in such development which is or is to be lawfully used as a business park or science park,
[S 408/2004 — 5.7.2004]
shall be added to the list of leases in section 4(2) of the Act which shall not be regarded as a disposal of land.
