In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “prescribed law enforcement agency” in section 112(5) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 18th July 2011.
2. The Ministry of Health (Health Regulation Group) and the Health Sciences Authority (Vigilance, Compliance and Enforcement Division) are prescribed as law enforcement agencies for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code.
