1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemption — HUDC) Notification.
2. All HUDC flats comprised within any building of 6 or more levels and located in any of the HUDC estates, Phases I and II, and as hereinafter described in the Schedule are exempted from the provisions of the Residential Property Act.
