1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under section 53) (No. 2) Notification.
2. The Minister hereby exempts Lot 01983V TS18 at 3 Oxford Road from rule 3(3) of the Planning (Development) Rules (R 3) with regard to the application for written permission in relation to units #01-04 and #01-05 which was submitted by Mr Choo Kok Lin, Michael to the competent authority on 10th November 2006.
