Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2008 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd January 2008.
2. Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie (Singapore) Ltd. is hereby approved as an “approved bank” for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act.
