In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Trustees (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Trustees (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2. The Trustees (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 15th December 2004.
