Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 74) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption from Section 74) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 27th June 2005.
2. Section 74(1) of the Act shall not apply to any male Sikh wearing a turban when driving or being carried on a motor cycle.
