In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2011.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Kebun Baru Community Club Active Ageing Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Kebun Baru Community Club Active Ageing Committee Mahjong Challenge 2011” to be held on 31st July 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Kebun Baru Community Club.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Kebun Baru Community Club Active Ageing Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 29th July 2011.
