Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 35) Notification 2010.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Membership Quarterly Lucky Draw” promotion and the draws to be held on the Casino Stage at Storey B1 of the Main Casino Floor of Resorts World at Sentosa on 29th September 2010 and 29th December 2010.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resort World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 28th September 2010.
