Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 9th January 2004.
2. The Minister hereby declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved institutions for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of drugs addicts and other persons under the Act.
