1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Composition of Offences) Rules.
2. The following offences may be compounded by the Licensing Officer in accordance with section 21(1) of the Act:
(a)
an offence under section 19(1) (a), (b) or (c) of the Act;
(b)
an offence under section 19(1)(d) of the Act read with section 12 thereof;
(c)
an offence under section 19(1)(d) of the Act read with rule 4 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Rules (R 1); and

(d)
an offence under section 19(1)(d) of the Act read with rule 4 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Arts Entertainment) Rules 2002 (G. N. No. S 293/2002).
