The Minister for Finance has directed that the Registrar of Companies shall not accept for registration under the Act —
(a)
the word “Temasek” in any company name unless the company or proposed company is a related corporation, as defined in section 4(1) of the Act, of Temasek Holdings (Pte.) Ltd. (Registration No. 197401143C);
