Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2007, the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 30th June 2007.
