1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules.
2. The offences to which section 132 of the Act applies are set out in the first column of the First Schedule, and the penalty prescribed for each such offence shall be the appropriate penalty specified in the second column thereof.
3. A notice to be served on any person under sections 132 and 133 of the Act shall be in Form B, C, D, E, F, H, I, J, K or M set out in the Second Schedule.
