1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Composition of Offences) Notification.

—(1) The offences set out in Part I of the Schedule may be compounded by any immigration officer above the rank of Senior Inspector of Immigration (Special Grade).
(2) The offences set out in Part II of the Schedule may be compounded by any immigration officer of the rank of Inspector of Immigration, Senior Inspector of Immigration or Senior Inspector of Immigration (Special Grade).
