Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 25th January 2008.
2. The Minister hereby exempts Lots 8231 (08231L), 8233 (08233M) and 5887 (05887A) MK17 at Braddell Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura to the competent authority on 30th August 2007.
