In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “credit bureau” in Part III of the Third Schedule to the Banking Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby recognises DP Credit Bureau Pte Ltd (Company Registration No.: 200511055H) to be a credit bureau for the purposes of the Third Schedule to the Act, with effect from 25th May 2007, subject to such conditions as may be specified in letters issued from time to time by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to DP Credit Bureau Pte Ltd.
