In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 16th November 2011.
2. The Minister hereby exempts TS22 Lot 00282C at 50 Chin Swee Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Singapore Thong Chai Medical Institution to the competent authority on 29th August 2011.
