Statistics Act
Statistics Act (Amendment of Second and Third Schedules) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second and Third Schedules) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 4th October 2002.
2. The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:
“5. Health Information Management of the Ministry of Health.”; and
(b)
by deleting item 7 and substituting the following item:
“7. Financial Surveillance Division of the Monetary Authority ofSingapore.”.
3. The Third Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended by deleting item 3 and substituting the following item:
“3. | International Enterprise Singapore Board | Particulars and information obtained by the International Enterprise Singapore Board under section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act (Cap. 272A) and any regulations made thereunder.”. |
