SECOND SCHEDULE
Section 3(3)
Specified Persons
1. The following persons are specified persons for the purposes of section 3(3):
(a)
a bare trustee;
(b)
a person acting as a trustee or an administrator of a business trust;
(c)
the trustee-manager of a registered business trust;
(d)
a person preparing or advising on a will;
(e)
a person acting as the executor or as the administrator of the estate of a deceased person (including his acting in any matter that arises in consequence of the execution of the will or the administration of the estate of the deceased person, as the case may be).
2. In this Schedule —
“bare trustee” means a trustee who has a nominal interest in the subject matter of a trust;
“business trust” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Business Trusts Act (Cap. 31A);
“trustee-manager” has the same meaning as in section 2 of the Business Trusts Act.
