Fees in respect of tests
17.
—(1)  The fees payable for —
(a)
a Motor Cycle Riding Theory Test, Basic Driving Theory Test or Final Driving Theory Test shall be $6; and
(b)
a Practical Riding Test, Practical Driving Test or Proficiency Driving Test shall be $20.
(2)  Such fees shall be payable in advance and shall not be refundable.
