—(1)  The activity entitled “2012 FORMULA 1™ SingTel Singapore Grand Prix” is declared a tourist event to which section 5 of the Act applies.
(2)  The period of the tourist event is between 20th September 2012 and 23rd September 2012 (both dates inclusive).
