34. Section 68 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an approved school or approved home” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “an approved school, an approved home, a remand home or a place of detention”;
(b)
by deleting the words “such approved school or approved home” in the 5th line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “such approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “the approved school or approved home” in the 5th line of subsection (2) and substituting the words “the approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention”.
