—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Income Tax (Income from Syndicated Offshore Credit and Underwriting Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall, with the exception of regulation 5, be deemed to have come into operation on 17th January 2008.
(2) Regulation 5 shall come into operation on 28th May 2009.
