—(1) Every housing developer shall maintain a register as shown in Form A in the Schedule showing the particulars of the persons who have obtained options for the purchase of the units in a housing project.
(2) The Controller or any of his officers may require any housing developer to produce for his inspection the register maintained by the developer under paragraph (1).
