Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Institutional, Professional and Business Investors) Notification.

Experts in understanding risk involved in buying and selling debentures

2. For the purposes of section 106G (I) of the Act, the institutional, professional or business investors set out in the Schedule are considered as being sufficiently expert to understand any risk involved in buying or selling the debentures referred to in that section.
