—(1) No person shall park in any reserved parking lot unless he is authorised by the Superintendent and unless such authorisation is displayed on the front windscreen of the motor vehicle, and where the vehicle is a motor cycle, such authorisation is displayed in a conspicuous position on the motor cycle.
(2) No person shall display on a vehicle any authorisation that has any alternation, erasure or other irregularity therein which indicates that the authorisation has been tampered with.
(3) For the purposes of these Rules, the Superintendent or any person authorised by him may require any driver of a vehicle parked in a reserved parking place to produce for his inspection the authorisation displayed on such vehicle and may retain the authorisation.
(4) If the driver of the vehicle fails or refuses to produce the authorisation to the Superintendent or any person authorised by him for inspection or retention in accordance with paragraph (3), he shall be guilty of an offence.
