7. Section 12(1) of the Telecommunications Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “provision of any telecommunication service”, the words “or installation of any telecommunication system”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “provision of the service”, the words “or installation of the system, as the case may be”.
