On 19/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 19/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 19/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 30/12/1994.
Amendment of section 2
2.  Section 2(1) of the HUDC Housing Estates Act is amended by deleting the definition of “special resolution” and substituting the following definition:
“ “special resolution” means a resolution passed at a duly convened general meeting of a body corporate of which at least 21 days’ notice specifying the proposed resolution has been given and against which not more than 25% of the owners of all the flats in the housing estate concerned have cast their votes.”.
