41. Section 77 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “an approved school or approved home or a place of detention” in the 3rd and 4th lines and substituting the words “an approved school, an approved home, a remand home or a place of detention”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “place of detention” in the 8th line, the words “, remand home”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “such school, home or place of detention” in the 12th and 13th lines and substituting the words “such approved school, approved home, remand home or place of detention”.
