Transfers pursuant to Land Titles (Strata) Act
2.  Where a transfer is made pursuant to section 125, 126 or 127 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act [Cap. 158] by the registered proprietor of any land on which flats are erected of all his estate or interest in that land to the registered proprietors of the flats, the persons who are the registered proprietors of or are legally entitled to the leasehold estates in the flats shall be exempted from the provisions of the Residential Property Act, in so far as those provisions affect the transfer of the reversionary estate in the said land to the proprietors of the flats.
