Town Councils Act
Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 5) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24B(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board and the Town Council for the Town of West Coast, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 5) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 19th January 2007.
2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
THE SCHEDULE
All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Telok Blangah Drive comprised in Lot number 2492A in Mukim 1 and on which Apartment Block 45 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
