Bathing, swimming, etc., in fountains and ponds
13.  No person shall —
(a)
bathe, wade or wash in; or
(b)
cause or permit any animal belonging to him to enter or remove anything from,
any fountain and pond which is within the Town and maintained by the Town Council.
