7. Section 14 (1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “1st July 1993” in sub-paragraph (i) (N) of the proviso to paragraph (e), the words “and before 1st July 1994”; and
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (i) (N) of the proviso to paragraph (e) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
“(O)
commencing on or after 1st July 1994 shall not exceed 20%,”.
