In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2011.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Vote For Your Favourite SIA Entry 2011 Entry Contest” promotion to be held from 16th May 2011 to 22nd May 2011 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 22nd May 2011.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 13th May 2011.
